INSURANCE AND BILLING

The Mt. Diablo Memory Center accepts Medicare, Blue Shield, and Hills Physician Medical Group (with pre-authorization).  We do accept other PPO insurance plans and will provide care as a part of your out of network coverage.  We also accept cash pay clients and accept personal check, Visa and Mastercard. Please contact our clinic for specific questions related to fees and insurance coverage.
